Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Neuraft Studio [registered legal name and number] ([postal address]), who runs Board. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at legal@neuraft.ir if you think someone else is using it.

Your content

What you put on boards stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it to the people you share it with, and back it up. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful.

Teams

A team's owners and admins decide who is in the team and can remove members. Boards in a team can be opened by its members unless they're private. A public view link lets anyone who has it see that board until it's turned off.

Availability

We work to keep Board running and backed up daily, but can't promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything critical (each board can be exported).

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran; the courts of [city], Iran decide disputes.
